Terms of Use

Last updated: September 12, 2026

By using Haffez for a store or company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

1. Service

Haffez displays a short game, instant reward, offer message, confidence card, explicit-consent email form or one-question product finder inside a merchant's storefront. The merchant controls timing, placement, rewards and appearance from the dashboard and may connect the service through a Salla or Zid app or a direct pilot installation. Haffez is a marketing tool and does not guarantee a sales result.

2. Accounts

3. Merchant responsibilities

4. Rewards

Haffez may present a merchant-created shared code or provision single-use codes under the merchant's platform authorization. The merchant is responsible for every active offer and promise. Preview probabilities and values become a live offer only after the merchant configures and activates the campaign.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attack or bypass service limits, access another merchant's data, flood an API, resell access without permission, copy or reverse engineer protected components, or use Haffez for unlawful or deceptive content. We may suspend access to protect merchants, shoppers and the service.

6. Ownership

Haffez code, games, product design and brand remain our property. The merchant receives a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service for its own stores. Merchant names, marks, images and offer content remain the merchant's property and are processed only to provide the service.

7. Availability

Maintenance and outages may occur. The storefront integration is designed to fail silently so an unavailable Haffez component does not block browsing, cart use or checkout.

8. Launch offer and future plans

The free launch offer is limited to the first ten participating stores and may end when those seats are filled. Paid plans may follow. Existing merchants will receive notice before a pricing change that applies to them.

9. Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profit. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months before the claim.

10. Suspension, removal and deletion

The merchant may pause a campaign, uninstall the app, or request account deletion through support. Uninstalling removes platform access credentials and stops the storefront experience. Account deletion also erases linked account, campaign, opt-in address and integration data under the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose competent authorities have jurisdiction over related disputes.
